Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on your exact location and are automatically calculated during checkout. 

For some locations, both standard and express shipping options are available. Standard shipping is done via DHL and can take up to 3-4 weeks depending on your exact location. Express shipping is done via UPS Express, DHL Express, TNT, and others, depending on the exact location. These services offer a very fast delivery time of only 2-4 days worldwide. Especially for the higher priced items like the Filmomat, I strongly recommend choosing Express shipping, to avoid delays with customs, etc.

Lead time

The PhotoPlug Shutter speed tester will be shipped 1-3 days after purchase.

The Filmomat Filmprocessor is manufactured on order. Manufacturing takes about 3-5 weeks after your order is placed.

Value-added Tax (VAT)

All prices in the Online Shop include 19% German value-added tax (VAT).

For orders from outside the EU (for example: USA, UK, Australia, Switzerland, etc.) deduction of the VAT is possible. In this case, you will receive a refund of the VAT after your purchase.

Please note that we only offer these VAT refunds for orders above 1000€, as this process involves significant additional administrative effort.

Import Taxes and Duty fees

If you are located outside the EU (for example: USA, UK, Australia, Switzerland, etc.), you will have to pay an import tax and duty fees on the sales price. These taxes and fees are different for every country and depend on your local tax laws.

I would like to state explicitly that I am not responsible for any additional taxes and fees that might arise during import in your country! Please contact your local customs office for further details!
