MAGNETIC DRIVE SYSTEM
Film spirals are rotated by a contactless magnetic drive system, keeping the motor hermetically separated from the processing chemistry. A new, more powerful motor with encoder feedback and PID control provides precise rotation speeds from 20 to 120 rpm, individually adjustable for every process.
NO REFILLING
Chemistry is pumped directly from the original storage bottles and returned to them after processing. No refilling, no slow back-draining, and less cleaning. The machine supports up to three different chemistry solutions and requires 500 mL to process up to four films per run. With the optional Displacer unit, one or two films can be processed using just 250 mL of chemistry.
NEW HEATING CONCEPT
Temperature control is now handled by an external sous-vide heater: precise, affordable, widely available and easily replaceable. A deliberate move towards a simpler, more modular and serviceable machine - while also allowing me to offer NEO at a significantly lower price than the Filmomat Classic.
BEAUTIFUL NEW DESIGN
Filmomat Neo is available in two finishes: black and white. Both versions are crafted from matte acrylic glass, giving the machine a clean, minimalist and timeless appearance. Screen-printed labels complement the design with a precise, professional finish.
Attention to detail extends beyond the exterior: slim stainless-steel rods keep chemistry bottles securely in place and prevent them from floating in the water bath, while replaceable stainless-steel filters in every suction tube prevent debris from entering the fluid system.
